Finding your vote center just got even easier with VTA's new interactive feature on the Transit app. All you have to do is open the Transit app, zoom in, and a check mark appears at each of the 99 vote center locations in Santa Clara County. When you touch a check mark on the screen, information pops up, including an option for “Directions to polling place” to plan a trip on VTA to that location! In addition to transit, the app also offers walking, biking and even e-biking directions!
This addition to the Transit app comes on the heels of VTA recently publishing a high-resolution map of Santa Clara County’s 99 vote centers showing the closest bus and light rail service to get you to each one. There are also drop boxes at all vote center locations in Santa Clara County.
Voting centers open in Santa Clara County on Oct. 31 and remain open through 8 p.m. Election Day, Nov. 3, 2020. Locate your polling place online or contact the Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters for complete voting information. You can also contact them by phone: 1-866-430-VOTE (8683) or Email: registrar@rov.sccgov.org
This is just one more way that VTA is helping you exercise your right to vote!
