VTA is excited to release a RFQ for commercial development at our Cerone property located at Zanker Rd and Route 237 in North San Jose.
The property is currently used as part of VTA’s Cerone Maintenance Facility, but VTA intends to offer approximately 29 acres of the property (along the Zanker Rd frontage) for development. VTA seeks qualifications for a high-quality commercial development from experienced developers.
