Standard of Conduct and Personal Conflict of Interest Policy

It is the policy of VTA that all employees involved in the procurement process conduct themselves in accordance with the highest ethical and professional standards.

Organizational Conflicts of Interest

VTA must comply with the procedures set out in the VTA Organizational Conflict of Interest Procedures for identifying and preventing real and apparent organizational conflicts of interest.

Protest Procedures

Any Protest under a Procurement shall be managed and resolved in accordance with the VTA Protest Procedures.

Unsolicited Proposals

VTA Unsolicited Proposal Procedure sets out VTA's procedures for Unsolicited Proposals received from the private sector, non-governmental organizations, or academic institutions.
