Bus service is fully restored. Rail service is fully restored on the Orange Line, and partially restored on the Blue Line from Downtown San Jose to Baypointe. The State of California Interregional Transportation Improvement Plan (ITIP) is developed within the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). Its purpose is to improve interregional mobility for people and goods across the State of California on highway and passenger rail corridors of strategic importance.
