What
The planned closure of access to US 101 at Castro Valley Road and Mesa Road—which was set to start on April 16—will now be postponed. Currently, we don’t yet have a new start date, but we’ll share updates as soon as we have more information.

Why
Due to delays in the environmental permit process, the project will not begin construction on April 16, 2025, as originally planned. Although our contractor is fully prepared to start, we must wait until the necessary permits are obtained before any work can begin.
